Barrdega DLS provides business-to-business (B2B) logistics solutions in Panama, including but not limited to:

  • Business introductions and market entry support
  • ERP and invoicing system provisioning

Service packages (Simple, Warehouse Explorer, and Enterprise Bundle) are described on our Services page and may be updated from time to time.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses, entrepreneurs, and professional entities. By engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity you represent.

3. Service Agreements and Payments

3.1 Engagement

Specific service engagements may be subject to additional agreements, statements of work, or proposals that supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the specific agreement shall prevail.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Service fees are listed on our website and are payable in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect services already purchased.

3.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and government fees associated with your purchase and use of our services, including any Panamanian taxes as applicable.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information as required
  • Cooperate with our team and respond to requests in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Panama and your home jurisdiction
  • Obtain and maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations for your business operations
  • Make timely payments as agreed upon

5. Third-Party Services

Our service packages may involve coordination with third-party providers, including but not limited to attorneys, banks, government agencies, utility companies, and ERP software vendors. We facilitate introductions and coordination but are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of these third parties. Any contracts or agreements you enter into with third parties are solely between you and those parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Barrdega DLS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
